We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Life Sciences Manufacturing team. This position plays is responsible for direct oversight of manufacturing operations and on-site warehousing activities within a life science regulated environment. This role ensures compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements, as well as internal Quality Management Systems (QMS), while driving operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Supervise and coordinate daily life sciences manufacturing operations, including controlled warehousing and inventory activities to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and client specific requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS), company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure alignment with the production schedule, batch requirements, and operational targets while supporting on-time and compliant delivery of customer orders.
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel, driving strong performance through training, feedback, and accountability in a regulated environment.
- Accurately execute and document manufacturing, inventory and warehouse transactions within ERP in accordance with data integrity and compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment on policies, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor manufacturing process performance and act as a technical resource to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization efforts.
- Initiate and manage deviation reports, including conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys), and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Support validation activities and the implementation of new systems, equipment, and processes.

- Provide day-to-day leadership of the Life Sciences Manufacturing team.
- Support, coach, and engage team members.

- Support recruiting, selecting and training of new team members.
- Foster an inclusive, safe and respectful work environment.
- Provide direction and ensure compliance with OFD Policies and Procedures.
- Communicates organizational information through appropriate communication channels with employees.
- Generally, a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Life Sciences, CDMO, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
