Injection Molding Technician
Do you enjoy puzzles or 3D modeling? Are you detail oriented and agile? Do you thrive in a climate‑controlled environment with a short work week? CPP and its subsidiaries are seeking technicians for our facilities in Albany, OR, partners in titanium casting and aerospace components.

What You Will Do- Perform daily checks ensuring dies, wax press machine gauges, wax levels, and hydraulics are within specifications.
- Retrieve aluminum dies from storage.
- Consistently produce wax molds that meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
- Recognize defects in wax patterns and determine root causes.
- Understand and follow work instructions provided in English.
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently.
- Read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain concentration and remain on task in an active environment.
- High school diploma or GED; candidates lacking this may be considered if they possess relevant experience.
- Minimum age 18.
- Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
- Exposure to fumes from melting wax.
- Working near moving mechanical parts for extended periods.
- Twist and turn wrists and forearms for extended periods.
- Use of hands to operate mold press controls.
- Work performed under normally good working conditions; exposures generally not disagreeable.
- Proper PPE required.
- Full‑time job in a short 3‑day work week.
- Weekend night shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) 3x12 with $2.50/hr shift differential.
- Overtime offered based on business needs.
U.S. person status is required for compliance with the Arms Export Control and Export Administration Act.
