X-Ray Shooter; Radiographer Level I - Titanium Aerospace Manufacturing

Position Overview

The X‑ray Shooter (Radiographer Level I) operates a machine to capture X‑rays of titanium castings and components for aerospace parts and works in a world‑class titanium casting manufacturing facility in Albany, OR.

• Accurately and efficiently set up X‑ray shots following technique card specifications.
• Ensure radiographs meet customer requirements.
• Understand and apply quality control procedures.
• Obtain work experience under the direct supervision of an X‑ray Level II or III.

• Prior industry, manufacturing/production, or X‑ray/NDT experience preferred.
• Organized, efficient, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work well with others.
• High‑school level math, including algebra.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• HS diploma or GED required; otherwise relevant experience will be considered.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Solid job history with more than 1 year at a previous or recent employer.
• Willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check and periodic drug screening.

The job is performed under reasonably good working conditions.

• Swing Shift (4×10) Mon–Thurs
• Weekend Day Shift (3×12) Fri–Sun

Aldbany, OR (multiple facilities).

Pay starts at $22.55 or higher upon certification. Additional benefits include quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), company‑paid life insurance, and other benefits.
