As a Control Panel Technician, you'll be an integral part of assembling and wiring control panels, contributing to the automation industry. You'll work closely with a skilled team to ensure each panel is built to high standards and meets project specifications.

What You'll Do As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling PLC control panels with precision, ensuring components are correctly placed and wired
• Installing jumper wires and positioning electrical components accurately within control panels
• Cutting, stripping, and coupling wires to create secure, safe, and compliant connections
• Drilling and tapping holes to accommodate components while maintaining strong workmanship standards
• Assisting with general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as needed to meet project demands

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or control panel work
• Proficiency in soldering and building reliable electrical connections
• Familiarity with reading electrical schematics (preferred, not required)
• Comfort using power tools (drills, screwdrivers, grinders, sanders) and standing for extended periods
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
