Stand and move continuously during shift to stay active;
Use handheld scanners to track inventory and shipments;
Pack items with care, include packing slips, tape boxes, and apply shipment labels;
Lift up to 25 lbs, place shipments on conveyor belts, and move product by hand or with pallet jacks;
Assist with loading/unloading trailers and perform housekeeping when needed
