PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a leader in aluminum investment castings for aerospace and industrial markets, is seeking a Production Manager for our Salem, OR facility. This role oversees day to day foundry and machining operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The Production Manager leads shift supervisors and production teams, drives continuous improvement, manages capacity and schedules, and partners with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing leadership, Lean/6S experience, and a proven record of developing teams in a high precision, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations in foundry and machining areas
- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production teams
- Plan capacity, labor, and schedules to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance on process improvements
- Implement Lean and 5
- S practices to drive efficiency and waste reduction
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support training and cross training to build a flexible workforce
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
