PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks an Aerospace Production Supervisor to lead aluminum investment casting operations in our Salem, OR facility. This role oversees a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, monitoring casting, finishing, and machining processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor will train and coach operators, enforce quality standards, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams in aluminum investment casting operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and aerospace regulatory standards
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments
- Monitor casting, finishing, and machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering and maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and throughput
- Train, coach, and performance-manage production operators and leads
- Maintain production records, reports, and standard work documentation
- Support audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Partner with quality and operations leadership to meet customer requirements
