PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a Chemical Milling Technician to support precision aluminum investment casting for aerospace and industrial customers. This role prepares and processes cast parts through chemical milling tanks, following strict procedures and safety protocols. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring chemical baths, measuring and recording part dimensions, adjusting process parameters, and performing routine solution checks. The technician inspects parts for defects, documents results, and works closely with quality and engineering teams.
A safety focused mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in an advanced manufacturing environment are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and load cast parts for chemical milling per work instructions
- Set up, operate, and monitor chemical milling tanks and related equipment
- Measure and record part dimensions before and after processing
- Adjust process parameters within defined limits to meet specifications
- Perform routine chemical solution checks and basic bath maintenance
- Inspect parts for surface quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy
- Document process data, results, and nonconformances accurately
- Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental handling procedures
- Work with quality and engineering teams to resolve process issues
- Support continuous improvement and 5
- S activities in the work area
Required Skills

- Basic math and tolerance understanding
