Albany, OR | Full-Time | Seasonal with Hire Potential
A respected grass seed company in Albany is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their production team! These are full-time, seasonal positions with the potential for long-term employment. Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced setting.
Pay &Shifts:
- $16.50/hour – Day Shift
- $17.50/hour – Swing Shift
- 40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities
- Support seed cleaning and packaging operations
- Load/unload and stack 50 lb bags of seed
- Operate basic equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow instructions and work efficiently with a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a dusty and active warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel-toed boots required
- Weekly pay and overtime available
