Wednesday 12PM - 6PM (6 hours), Thursday - Saturday 6:00AM - 6:30PM (12 hours)

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by safely operating material handling equipment, aiding in shipping and receiving, and ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail and focus on safety will keep operations running smoothly while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

What You'll Do As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products safely throughout the facility.
• Loading and unloading trucks while ensuring inbound and outbound deliveries are on schedule.
• Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory systems.
• Storing materials in designated areas following inventory control procedures.
• Inspecting equipment before use, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary documentation.
• Following all safety protocols, reporting hazards, and addressing quality concerns.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production and shipment targets.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Experience with RF scanners or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish skills are a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Location & Schedule This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position in Millersburg, OR. The schedule includes Wednesday from 12PM - 6PM and Thursday through Saturday from 6:00AM - 6:30PM.
