Our Culture:
Respect. Integrity. Ethics. Compassion. Humor.
At Central Willamette Credit Union, our five core values aren't just words on a wall—they guide how we show up every day. Our purpose is to build local loyalty, connect to the community, and make life easier for those we serve. We hire people who genuinely enjoy helping others, embrace change, are eager to learn, and appreciate a good laugh.
We're deeply committed to building a stronger financial future for each member—and we're equally passionate about making the communities of the Willamette Valley even better places to live, work, and play. From sponsoring and volunteering with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs, Safe Haven Humane Society, United Way, CARDV, and the Albany Public Schools Foundation, we show up as servant leaders—and we're looking for someone who's excited to do the same.
