Mennonite Home is our Skilled Nursing department. This department consists of 21 skilled nursing beds on each floor for a total of 42 skilled nursing beds. We provide 24-hour post‑op, short‑term, and long‑term services and support.

You will be required to pick up three shifts a month. Your problem‑solving skills will be put to the test as you supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. With your empathetic and resident‑centric approach, residents will receive the compassionate care they deserve. - Accurately document activities in writing.
- Safely operate a Hoyer lift following zero‑lift policy and procedures.
- Ensure delivery of quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort and wellbeing.
- Provide supervision and support to our dedicated nursing staff.
- Coordinate individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments effectively, adhering to best practices and maintaining safety standards.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring our facility meets all required guidelines.
- Possess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN or RN license for the state of Oregon.
- One year of clinical experience in long‑term care is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Required to pick up three shifts a month.
Criminal background check is required for new hires. Mennonite Village is a drug‑free workplace. Background checks may involve the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV), court records, and other state data systems. Fingerprints may be required as part of the check.
Salary: $32.00 per hour.
