  Passion for Primary Care
• Required:
  
  1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP
• Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP
• BE/BC

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to site and stoop, kneel or crouch
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
