Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care? Do you thrive in a home setting, offering support to patients and their families during the final stages of their journey? If so, this opportunity in hospice care might be the perfect fit for you.
As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients in their own homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living environments. Your expertise in pain and symptom management, along with your ability to provide emotional and spiritual support, will be invaluable to both patients and their families.
- Provide intermittent skilled nursing visits and 24-hour on-call nursing services
- Manage pain and symptoms effectively to enhance patient comfort
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Offer counseling and spiritual support to patients and families
- Utilize your personal vehicle for patient visits, ensuring it is well-maintained
- Maintain current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure and Healthcare Provider Level BLS
- Need 1 year experience in setting
