Intensive Care/Coronary Nurse (ICU) – Corvallis, Oregon

Are you a highly skilled and passionate Intensive Care/Coronary Nurse looking for a new challenge? Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team on a contract basis in Corvallis, Oregon.

• Manage and monitor critically ill patients, including administering medications and treatments, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients in the ICU/CCU.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Healthcare Provider Level American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Previous ICU experience preferred.
• GSR ICU- CCU preferred at start of initial contract, required for any extensions.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required within six (6) months of hire.
• ENPC will be accepted in lieu of PALS until January 1st, 2025.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
