Med Surg Registered Nurse
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
