Base pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.57 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care, as well as housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.
