Provide mental health care to patients in a hospital setting with a focus on behavioral health. Assess, monitor, and support patients with psychiatric needs. Document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams. Collaborate with a team culture of care.

• Deliver psychiatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Conduct assessments, monitor patient status, and intervene during crises.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and revise care plans.
• Advocate for patients’ mental health needs and provide education.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current RN license in Oregon.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Valid SSN and DOB for background check purposes.
• 1 reference covering entire work history.
