Public Health LPN; Part-Time): Immunizations & Disease Outreach

Linn County Public Health Department is seeking a part-time LPN to support the Communicable Disease Program, providing case management assistance, immunizations, and clinic services.

Under RN supervision, the LPN will participate in surveillance, DOT visits, and field work, including specimen collection and patient education.

Must hold an Oregon LPN license, CPR, and a valid driver's license; bilingual preferred.
