Overview
We are searching for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at one of the world’s largest gaming companies. The Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse operations, inventory flow to retail locations, inventory performance, and support two or more Field Merchandising representatives who manage kiosks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain inventory and the security of the inventory in a local warehouse
- Lead and mentor 2 or more Field Merchandising reps
- Support the role of the Field Merchandisers:
- Drive between local retailers, replenish kiosk inventory, and place orders for low or out‑of‑stock items
- Receive, ship, and maintain kiosk inventory
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report deficiencies
- Build strong relationships with retailers, ensuring kiosks are clean, dust‑free, and defect‑free
- Load and transport inventory from the local warehouse to retailers using fleet vehicles
- Respond to dispatch calls and utilize the work order system during scheduled shifts
- Maintain kiosk exterior (cleaning, painting, restoring) and secure all merchandise
- Load and unload products from fleet vehicles, retailers, and the warehouse
- Perform administrative tasks: document work tasks, product orders, fix‑it tickets, logging activities, miles driven, meal breaks, and time worked
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 3 years managing inventory and/or merchandising
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated inventory/merchandising excellence and competent leadership
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications preferred
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving machinery and typical standing, walking, bending, crouching, and stooping
- Must be of legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdiction
- Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle
