Job Description
Make It With Pride. You will optimize sales with our customers focusing on maximizing in‑store visibility of our products. You will deliver your field KPIs and annual objectives.
Responsibilities- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez visit method.
- Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products (gum, candy) in check‑outs and in‑store locations dedicated to impulse products (linear shops, contact points, additives).
- Follow the checkout implementation plan guidelines negotiated with the Mondelēz sales representative, ensuring compliance and reporting any issues to the sales representative and store employee.
- Occasionally fill in seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in store.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
- Optimize seasonal sales, supporting the implementation of seasonal campaigns in store visibility.
- Represent Mondelēz International in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated to achieve set goals.
- Good communication and ability to share information.
- At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs).
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
Albany, OR.
Hourly compensation rate of $19.00.
