Personal Shopper; In-Store

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and involves spending time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. Employees may need to juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
