We are seeking Maintenance Electricians to join our Duraflake wood products mill. These roles offer an hourly rate of $42.82 - $53.00
, together with a competitive benefits package.

Dayshift Maintenance Electricians (Plant Journeyman or Journeyman preferred)

• Base hourly rate ranging from $46.55 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• Profit share/gain share opportunities.
• 10‑hour shifts Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, excellent work–life balance.

Shift Maintenance Electricians (Plant Journeyman or Journeyman preferred)

• Base hourly rate ranging from $46.55 to $50.00 per hour.
• Additional $3.00 per hour shift differential ($49.55 - $53.00) when assigned to a rotating shift.
• Profit share/gain share opportunities.
• 12‑hour rotating schedule, alternating days and nights every two weeks (7:00–7:00) on a 2‑2‑3 rotation.

LME Shift Maintenance Electricians

• Base hourly rate $42.82 per hour.
• Additional $3.00 per hour shift differential ($45.82) when assigned to the rotating shift schedule.
• Profit sharing and gain share opportunities.

Knowledge

• Oregon Electrician’s license required (or reciprocal state license from OR, WA, , WY, MN, UT, ME, AR). Plant Journeyman or Journeyman preferred.
• LME candidates considered based on experience level.

Basic Experience

• AC & DC motor control experience, including drives.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with standard test instruments (DMM, VOM, Megger).
• Experience troubleshooting with PLCs (Allen Bradley Control Logix).
• Strong industrial mechanical millwright experience/skills preferred; willingness to perform millwright duties.
• Familiarity with a CMMS system preferred.

Abilities

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Self‑motivated, self‑starter.
• Can work extended hours and rotating shift as required.

Physical Requirements

• Move freely throughout the facility, climb stairs and ladders, navigate equipment.
• Bend, stoop, crouch to inspect and maintain equipment.
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying heavy objects.
• Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise, varying temperatures.
