Are you an experienced automotive, diesel, or other mechanic or technician? Are you looking for field service work instead of being locked in a shop all day? We are always looking to add experienced technicians to our growing teams.
Responsibilities- Repair and replace virtually any component on lift trucks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose lift trucks to determine fault or extent of malfunction or damage.
- Crawl under equipment to access mechanical components located beneath the lift truck.
- Remove faulty components using a variety of hand tools, pneumatic tools, lift truck jacks, and hoists.
- Disassemble the unit and inspect parts or components for wear.
- Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty components or assemblies.
- Repair and service electrical systems.
- Inspect, adjust, repair, and rebuild brake systems.
- Read display for fault codes.
- Download software updates.
- Replace and adjust lights, and install or repair accessories as required.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer performance specifications.
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as lubrication and tune‑ups.
- Test drive forklifts and test components and systems.
- Perform pre‑delivery inspections and assemble new forklifts as required.
- Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with customers and management.
- Auto, diesel, or other mechanic with 36 months of experience.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Must supply own tools.
- Experience with MS Office products is a plus.
- Positive customer interaction.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Forklift certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background check and DOT/drug tests.

Pay & IncentivesStarting pay: $28.00/hour DOE. Wage negotiable for experience.
Signing bonus: $1,500 after 12 months of employment.
Bonus for experienced technicians: $3,000 one‑time bonus, paid after 12 months of continuous employment for those with 3 or more years of experience.
