Sign-On & Stay BonusUp to $14,000 for experienced commercial retrofit replacement installers with exceptional skills and attention to detail.

- Perform commercial retrofit/change‑out installations.
- Handle equipment from 5–60 tons.
- Work with VAVs, VRF systems, package units, chillers, and split systems, all with controls.
- Perform low‑voltage control wiring and rough‑in skills.
- Conduct 10–15% sheet metal work.
- Collaborate with management to meet customer service and division goals.
- Start the day at the shop or job site.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to work while leading a team of 3+ members.
- Proficiency in rough‑in skills, sheet metal work, low‑voltage wiring, gas pipe installation, and refrigeration pipe installation.
- Ability to follow blueprints and technical instructions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
