Heavy Equipment Instructor

Knife River is seeking a Heavy Equipment Instructor to train operators in safe, efficient use of construction equipment for infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll plan and deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on loaders, dozers, excavators, and related machinery, emphasizing OSHA and company safety standards. You will evaluate operator skills, provide coaching, and maintain training records. You'll collaborate with field leaders to align training with project needs while modeling Knife River's culture of safety, integrity, teamwork, and respect, helping develop skilled talent for long-term construction careers.
