Description:
The Hospice teams provide support to patients and family members through the final stages of illness. Services are offered in home settings, including patient residences and various care facilities. Intermittent skilled nursing visits and 24-hour on-call nursing services are available. Additional services include pain and symptom management, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, and bereavement support. Medications and equipment may be provided as appropriate.
This position requires the use of a personal automobile. Employees must have a valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law. Maintaining the vehicle in good working order is a requirement.
