Redbone Trucking, Inc. is hiring CDL A OTR drivers to cover 2,400–2,700 miles per week across 48 states (PA cutoff). Pay tiers start at 0.53 CPM with a 0.3 safety & performance bonus, rising to 0.55 CPM for 2-3 years and 0.57 CPM for 3+ years, each with the same bonus. Drivers are typically out 2–3 weeks and receive 1 day off per week.
Benefits include PTO, healthcare, HSA, and a 401k. Trucks are 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia with safety tech; 12+ months experience and CDL A required.
