We are currently recruiting for a Group Reporting and Accounting Manager to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Drive Strategic Reporting:
Lead the preparation of the Group’s Annual Report, emphasizing strategy, growth, and business performance. Produce insightful quarterly financial reports.

Ensure Accurate Transaction Analysis:
Review and assess a wide range of transactions across the Group to ensure correct and compliant accounting treatment. Work closely with cross-functional teams - including Legal, Tax, and Operations - at both corporate and local levels to support the Group's rapid growth and expanding activities in multiple countries.

Support Debt Capital Markets Issuances:
Contribute to capital markets debt issuances by compiling audited and management financial data and contributing to the preparation of the Offering Memorandum, with a focus on financial and accounting disclosures. Liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks throughout the transaction process.

Shape the Group's Financial Framework:
Develop and enhance accounting procedures and establish forward-thinking accounting policies in accordance with IFRS, influencing the Group's approach to sustainable growth.

Lead in Financial Excellence:
Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, and review financial statements prepared under IFRS.

Business Administration Degree.

Strong analytical and accounting skills. Strong financial and accounting expertise.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong software application skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Proactive mindset.

Ability to work under pressure.

+8 years' experience ideally in a reporting, consolidation or accounting/audit related department.
