We are currently seeking to incorporate a student intern for our team in Las Tablas (Madrid).

The selected person will join the Tendering Department and provide support in the management, organization, and preparation of the necessary documentation for participation in public tenders.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement processes, document management, and administrative coordination.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting in the collection, review, and organization of administrative documentation for tenders.
  • Keeping the physical and digital files of the department updated.
  • Following up on the expiration of certificates, accreditations, and corporate documentation.
  • Collaborating in the preparation of tender files.
  • Supporting the upload and presentation of documentation in electronic procurement platforms.
  • Updating databases and document repositories.
  • Coordinating the request for documentation from different departments of the company.
  • Verifying that the documentation meets the formal requirements established in the tender documents.
  • Providing administrative support to the tendering and contracting team.

What we are looking for?

  • University student or higher degree student in:
    • Business Administration and Management
    • Law
    • Economics
    • Administrative Management
    • Documentation and Information Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge or proficiency in artificial intelligence tools.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and focus on document quality.
  • Good written communication skills.

We offer a paid internship, full-time or part-time in the morning.
