We are looking for an intern to join our Retail team in our Madrid offices.

• Provide support in the acquisition of commercial premises.
• Participate in the negotiation of commercialization mandates following the company's mandate manual until signing and prepare commercialization proposals.
• Support in the preparation of commercialization reports for premises with a commercialization mandate.
• Contribute to the evaluation and identification of market values of assets.
• Help in the acquisition of demand and advice on expansion plans for retail sector operators.
• Accompany in commercial visits.
• Provide support in the development of the rental process until the closing of operations.
• Collaborate in the global advice in the negotiation phases of sale/rental.

• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with the university/school.
• High level of English.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Degree or Diploma.
• Commercial skills and customer service.
• Initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for retail and brands.
