As the global sales category manager for the "Lifestyle" category, you will be the key commercial link between our publishing studios, third-party publishers, and local offices for the "Lifestyle" category assigned to you, which could be either collectible card games (CCG) or accessories. You will be responsible for driving commercial alignment across all our international markets, contributing to the success of product launches, and ensuring the rigorous implementation of global marketing strategies.
In close collaboration with sales, marketing, publishing, operations, and supply chain teams, you will help optimize the commercial performance of both internally published and third-party product lines. This is an international role that heavily emphasizes collaboration, where you will combine your commercial acumen, sales planning, and stakeholder management skills to support sustainable business growth while ensuring products reach customers successfully in all regions.
This position is open to candidates legally authorized to work in the following countries:
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Canada.
We value international experience; previous experience in Canada is not a requirement for this role.
Job Responsibilities- Commercial Leadership:
Serve as the primary commercial contact between publishing studios, third-party publishers, and local offices for assigned "Lifestyle" categories. - Market Entry Strategy:
Collaborate with local commercial teams to develop and implement effective market entry plans, ensuring successful product launches and long-term growth for the categories. - Commercial Performance:
Coordinate global sales forecasts, objectives, and commercial plans while monitoring market performance, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks. - Operational Coordination:
Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability, shipment coordination, and smooth business operations. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, publishing, operations teams, and external publishing partners to achieve shared commercial goals. - Commercial Analysis:
Regularly provide reports, market analysis, and commercial recommendations to publishing studios, third-party partners, and management.
Essential
