In Telefónica Ingeniería de Seguridad, the company of the Telefónica Group specialized in integral security projects, we are looking for a professional with experience in the security sector for the position of Pre-Sales Engineer, within the Global Pre-Sales Engineering Management of the company's Commercial Direction. Functions and responsibilities of the position:

• Technical pre-sales support to the different business verticals of the company, relying on the knowledge of the solutions and products offered by the company.
• Technical and functional definition of the best global solution to offer, relying on multidisciplinary teams, with the objective of satisfying the customer's requirements (quality, performance, deadline).
• Elaboration of technical proposals and offers (public and private tenders).
• Ensure the technical/economic feasibility of the solutions.
• Accompaniment, if necessary, for the technical and functional requirements of the clients' needs, and/or technical defense.

Education:

• Degree, desirable in Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering. Certifications in project management are valuable.

Experience and knowledge:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in the elaboration of proposals and technical documentation, preferably in the Electronic Security sector. Preferably knowledge of the IT sector and electronic security (CCTV, CCAA, etc.) from a technical point of view, and of related solutions and services.

Competence and skills:

• Communication and interlocution skills with different areas of the company, ability to work in teams and supervision/leadership of these work teams (organizing partial delivery calendars, milestones of each team member, follow-up, etc.).
• Experience in work environments under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines, with the ability to adapt to different types of proposal and change management during its elaboration.
• High level of organization and planning of the work in progress, high level of independence.
• Very high level of analysis of requirements/tenders issued by the client, extracting an exact knowledge of the scope of the requested works.
• Experience in responding to large public/private tenders.
• Expert in Excel, Word, Project.
