• Writing technical and consulting reports on mechanical installations and PCI.
• Writing and signing preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for mechanical installations and PCI.
• Writing and signing rehabilitation projects for mechanical installations and PCI.
• Reviewing technical documentation and projects for mechanical installations and PCI, applying the mandatory regulations and the specific regulations of each organism to which the document applies.
• Creating technical documentation for the installation, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of defense infrastructures.
• Consulting and writing preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects for mechanical installations and PCI for CPDs.
• Technical support to the project management of installations.
• Project management of installations.
• Safety and health coordination.
• Creating technical packages.
• Modeling and advanced BIM knowledge.

• Industrial technical engineer specializing in mechanics, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Professional qualification as an Industrial Technical Engineer, BOE A-), or Industrial Engineer (BOE A-) Minimum required: 2 years
• Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM MEP Modeling. Minimum required: 30 hours of training
• Experience in tasks equivalent to the object of the contract (Technical Support in Industrial Mechanical Engineering). Minimum required: 8 years

• Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM MEP Modeling. Desirable: 230 hours
• Experience in execution projects of mechanical installations in Data Process Centers (CPDs) whose Material Execution Budget (PEM) of the complete building is greater than 5 million euros. Desirable: 5 projects
