Role Description About the Position

We are looking to hire a Coordinator of Occupational Risk Prevention to strengthen preventive management in our headquarters. Your main mission will be to coordinate the activities of the Occupational Risk Prevention Service, working closely with the Head of the Service to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, promoting the integration of prevention in daily operations, and fostering a solid preventive culture in the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the elaboration, updating, and improvement of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
  • Coordinate and/or carry out the Risk Assessment and Planning of the Preventive Activity, ensuring its correct implementation and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations (European, national, and regional) as well as the company's internal standards.
  • Advise on the communication and dissemination of risks to workers.
  • Manage and provide training in occupational risk prevention (Article 19 of Law 31/1995), in coordination with the Training area.
  • Promote awareness and preventive culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate in the review and continuous improvement of the Safety and Health Management System (SGSST).
  • Participate in the processes of consultation, communication, and employee participation in preventive matters.
  • Investigate incidents and non-conformities, preparing reports and proposing corrective measures.
  • Report relevant information to the Occupational Risk Prevention Service for centralized follow-up and analysis.
  • Represent the company before public and private bodies in matters of safety and health (when applicable).
  • Carry out or coordinate hygienic and ergonomic evaluations in an office environment.
  • Coordinate the activity with the External Prevention Service and review the reports issued.
  • Prepare follow-up reports and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Cority.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement area in the preparation of preventive documentation for tenders (in Spanish and English).
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to the maintenance of certifications (ISO 45001).
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specialties (Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational risk prevention management, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Minimum B2 level of English (oral and written).
  • Advanced handling of analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Cority, or others).
