About The Position

We need to incorporate an Engineering Trainee to support the coordinator and technicians of Efficiency Energy Tenders. Your mission will be to assist in the comprehensive preparation of technical and economic bids, as well as in the document management of the department, contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes. The task will be carried out from our offices in Loire River Valley within the Energy Efficiency team.

• Support the tendering technicians in the preparation of bids (both technical and economic), as well as in the consolidation of the department's documentation repository.
• Analysis of the technical and administrative conditions of the tender documents.
• Support in the calculation of costs together with the head of the tender.
• Support in the preparation of technical documentation and the elaboration of technical reports.
• Coordinate the logistical aspects of the bid, from assembly to delivery on time and in the form to the recipient of the bid, to ensure that the administrative requirements of the competition are met.
• Technical document management of the department (solvency documentation, experiences, and means).

• Pursuing the last year of Industrial, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or enabling Master's degree.
• Previous experience: not required.
• Ability to analyze technical and administrative documentation.
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.
