ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Servicios Urbanos, incorpora un/a becario/a en su Departamento de Producción en su sede en Alcobendas, Madrid.

Support the production team in the management, follow-up, and continuous improvement of the Street Cleaning and Urban Waste Collection service, working closely with different departments to ensure the correct operational execution, service efficiency, and quality standards compliance.

Functions:

• Support in the implementation, follow-up, and optimization of digital tools and technological platforms for service management.
• Participate in the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate in the monitoring of contractual compliance and supervision of service indicators (KPIs).
• Support in the preparation of management reports, improvement proposals, and operational optimization plans.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and workshop area in the control of machinery, including the follow-up of reviews, consumptions, MOTs, and incidents.
• Participate in the planning and organization of human and material resources together with the service managers.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational and logistical processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, offers, OHS, quality, and environment) to ensure the correct execution of the service.
• Support in the development of innovation initiatives aimed at the digitalization and improvement of service performance.

Requirements of the candidate:

• Expected start in September 2026.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with the university.
• Possibility to carry out a 6-month scholarship preferably full-time.
• Remunerated scholarship.
• Pursuing the last year of a degree or qualifying master’s in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences/Agricultural Engineering or similar.
• High level of English is valuable.
• Interest in the field of urban services, especially in street cleaning and urban waste collection management.
• Availability to travel independently to the work center located in Alcobendas.
