Postventa Service Advisor

The mission of the after-sales service advisor is to ensure the correct technical attention to customers, with the aim of guaranteeing adequate satisfaction of the service.

• Evaluate budgets
• Receive customers
• Vehicle mobility in installations and associated workshops
• Issue invoices to payments
• Basic Excel handling
• Manage reported technical incidents and customer queries
• Follow up and control of files

• Minimum required education:
  Vocational training (FP) in Automotive, Mechanics, or Electromechanics.
• Experience in the position:
  Experience as a workshop service advisor for at least 6 months.
• Technical knowledge of car mechanics (desirable).
• Customer service experience.
• Handling of tools, applications:
  Excel, Office, and CRM or Database.
• Valid driver's license.

Remuneration

• Salary range: 21-24k
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday in rotating shifts 08:30-17:30 and 10:00 to 19:00
