Coordinator Role

En TALENT SOLUTIONS we are looking to incorporate a Coordinator to work in the Control Center. With interest in the airport environment and operational coordination. With experience in customer orientation and office skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Verification of flights in systems.
• Coordination of the operation together with the track supervisors.
• Direct communication with customers.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and for internal operational areas.
• Resolve any incidents that may arise and ensure the correct delivery to the customer.
• Follow up on customer requests.
• Comply with and monitor the compliance of Hygiene, Safety, Risk Prevention, Continuous Improvement and any other regulations that may affect the development of the work.
• Introduction of on-board sales data.
• Telephone and email support.

Required skills:

• Vocational / Technical (or higher) education.
• Commercial experience.
• Valuable experience in an airport environment.
• English level B2.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule and availability for rotating shifts.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and general office software.
