AboutThe Position
Mission:
Provide operational support to the Treasury Department, collaborating in liquidity management, financial control, and accounting registration processes, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of economic information and the correct functioning of the organization's financial flows. The intern will receive training in the key tasks of the area and will participate in cross-functional work with other departments.
1. Registration and reconciliation:
Perform account reconciliations, bank statement accounting, and review pending movements. Follow up and resolve differences detected during the reconciliation process.
2. Treasury and liquidity management:
Prepare and update cash flow tables (inflows and outflows). Monitor the daily treasury position. Support in the follow-up of collection and payment forecasts.
3. Relationship with banking entities:
Collaborate in operational procedures with financial institutions. Request, review, and archive banking documentation. Support in the preparation of information for external audits or reviews related to bank accounts.
4. Accounting support:
Record treasury operations following internal procedures. Review and update documentation associated with accounting processes. Participate in the improvement of processes and the automation of recurring tasks.
5. Coordination and cross-functional work:
Communicate and coordinate tasks with other involved departments (customer accounting, taxation, general expenses, etc.). Support in the preparation of internal reports related to treasury activity. Collaborate on department projects that require interaction with other areas.
Education:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar. Higher education in Administration and Finance.
Languages:
B1 English.
Organization and planning. Rigor and attention to detail. Analytical capacity and incident resolution. Communication and teamwork. Proficiency in office and accounting tools.
