Tax&Legal | Senior Associate Corporate M&A - Banking & Finance; Madrid

Job Opportunity

We are looking to strengthen our Banking & Finance team with a professional with experience of between 3 to 5 years in the Financial and Banking sector performing the following functions:

• Advisory on financing contracts, including those related to real estate financing operations, project financing, corporate financing, refinancing, and restructuring.

• Advisory on guarantee documents associated with financing, as well as other related documents (including derivatives, agreements between creditors, letters of commission, legal opinions, etc.)

• Experience in the purchase and sale of debt portfolios and real estate assets will also be valued.

What are the necessary requirements?

• Graduate in Law or Law + ADE.

• Master’s Degree in Access to the Bar.

• Valuable master’s degree in legal advice.

• Previous experience in Banking & Finance of between 3 to 5 years.

• High level of English.
