Bank Teller; Retail Support Team

Uwharrie Bank is seeking a bank teller (Customer Service Representative) for our Retail Support Team. This position is a customer-facing role that represents the bank in a professional manner, processing various types of transactions for customers and ensuring accurate cash management.

Uwharrie Bank is also seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR/Teller) for its Albemarle Office. This role involves processing a variety of transactions, balancing cash daily, and making referrals to other lines of service within the bank.

This position is responsible for providing quality service by telephone, digital, and written communication to bank customers and associates in an efficient and professional manner, following established procedures and policies.

Collections, Loss Mitigation, Financial Services.

Responsible for ensuring that adequate procedures are in place to effectively and reasonably monitor and collect a delinquent debt. The individual will oversee any junior collectors that may be employed within the department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
