Amivie - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in care plans;
Follow care plans and report deviations to RN Field Supervisor and appropriate agency personnel;
Provide services during assigned schedule and adhere to agency policies;
Demonstrate competence with assigned tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers) and perform tasks safely as outlined in the plan of care;
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any incidents or changes in patient condition
