The main objective of the person joining as a Business Automation Trainee will be to provide support and actively learn about the efficiency of services and operations through technology at Cabify.

Those joining the team will collaborate in the design, administration, and optimization of technological solutions using Artificial Intelligence and No-Code/Low-Code tools, and will have the opportunity to learn how to design flows that eliminate manual tasks, allowing Cabify to become increasingly agile and efficient.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

• You will learn to configure and maintain workflows in Zapier, get to know Make (for complex visual logic and data transformation) and use n8n (for advanced automations).
• You will collaborate in the implementation of AI Agents that not only move data but also "understand" the context (e.g., using language models to classify support tickets, summarize incidents, or automatically extract key data from documents).
• API and Webhook Management:
  You will become familiar with consuming APIs to connect our internal tools with external platforms, ensuring that information flows without errors.
• Optimization of No-Code tools:
  You will help in the technical administration of Zendesk and other platforms, always looking for ways to connect their native functions with our external automations.
• You will research new tools and techniques for prompting to improve the accuracy of our integrations with LLMs (such as GPT-4o, Claude, or local models).
• Documentation of workflows:
  You will help us create manuals and diagrams of the automated flows so that knowledge is shared and scalable within the team.

What are we looking for?

• Education:
  
  Profile in the final year of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or careers with a strong foundation in processes and logic.
• Currently pursuing studies (Degree or Master's) and having the possibility to sign an Internship Agreement between your University and Cabify.
• AI and automation:
  Having experienced (even if initially or in academic projects) with AI models (agents, process automation) and with No or Low Code tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
• Data logic:
  Understanding basic concepts of data structures (such as JSON) and conditional flows (If/Else).
• Excel mastery (formulas, pivot tables) and ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ability to clearly express oneself in daily activities, actively listen to team instructions, and report on the progress of daily tasks.
• We are looking for a profile with a strong self-learning mindset, openness to digital environments, and a great curiosity for technology.

Other knowledge that adds value:

• English (B2 level desirable).
• Interest or basic knowledge in SQL or programming languages like Python/JavaScript (to add code in automations).
• Familiarity with CRMs (Zendesk, Salesforce) or project managers (Click Up, Jira).
