Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Experience in SQL, Looker, and Sheets.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience improving operational processes, tools, and systems in a complex, global environment. Ability to autonomously lead high-impact projects while managing competing priorities in a changing, high-growth setting. Excellent presentation and communication skills at executive stakeholders level. Autonomous, flexible and accustomed to high-growth, ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of talented professionals. Motivated team player with strong change management skills and a direct approach to achieving high productivity and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, lead, and facilitate scalable planning processes for key regional decision-makers.
- Serve as the first-line planning POC between regional and central teams.
- Support quota deployment with Business Performance Lead and RSOs.
- Run end-to-end audits ensuring GTM alignment (organization setup, territories, segmentation, quotas, comp) and manage exceptions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (comp, central planning, finance, analytics teams, etc.) to represent the EMEA South perspective in global GTM discussions.
- Manage in-year cadence for EMEA South with regards to Policy and Operations.
- Partner closely with Field Sales Managers to align on GTM guidelines, set clear operational expectations, coordinate escalations and communicate complex updates, with transparency and clarity.
- Streamline and automate existing processes to reduce friction and improve the efficiency of the EMEA South sales organization.
