Logistics and Order Management Technician (Customer Service)

The role involves managing order processing and warehouse logistics, playing a key role in our customers' supply chain. The specialist will support logistics operations across the Iberia organization, including warehouse management, inventory and shipments, purchase and sales order processing, as well as sales and backlog reporting. This is a key support position for the sales team, ensuring performance against revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction targets.

The position will be based in Madrid, Spain.

• Responsibility for inbound and outbound packages/pallets, including receiving and shipping goods to/from the warehouse for customers, suppliers, and factories
• Manage purchase orders with internal and/or external suppliers, interacting with factories and following up on orders
• Process customer sales orders and leasing (renting) contracts
• Process sales orders
• Invoice orders and advance payments
• Monitor backlog and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with technical service teams for required installations
• Manage warehouse inventory (including demo equipment, trade fairs, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales, backlog, and forecast
• Present weekly results on forecast, sales, and backlog

The essential requirements of the candidate:

• Good level of English spoken and written (minimum B2, preferable C1)
• II specialization in administration or logistics. Degree in ADE or Logistics Management is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, import and export, as well as internal customer service with knowledge of logistics processes and administrative procedures. ERP management is a plus.
• Good handling of computer tools (office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PP)
• Basic knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export, customs clearance.
• Essential time management and task prioritization skills
• Used to working in a team with an attitude of continuous improvement, combined with a proactive, independent, and problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to work towards objectives in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency, commitment, and responsibility.
• Focused on results while adapting quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
