• 依照公司及法規要求，確保工廠安全有效地運行，並符合所有相關法規和標準工作流程。 Ensure that the plant is run safely and efficiently that it is in compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations and standard work processes.
• 依製程計畫及操作標準進行生產活動。 Follow SOP requirement for production activities.
• 須著規定PPE作業，注重自身及同事安全且細心 Operate with protective suit, pay attention to safety and details – not only for self but also for co-worker.
• 監控設備和製程參數 Monitor equipment and process parameters.
• 紀錄生產過程參數並簽名據實填入生產紀錄 Write the process parameters in the protocols according to the time schedule and sign the protocols.
• 嚴格遵守SOP Follow scrupulously the SOP's.
• 如有製程/設備偏差無法處理或不安全情況，請立即通知組長 Notify shift supervisor in case of deviation or unsafe situation.
• 依要求取樣給實驗室進行分析 Take sample for quality assurance.
• 按照時間表對設備（接地，升降機，眼睛緊急沖淋…等）進行生產安全檢查 Do the safety checks given to production according to schedule (earthing, lift, eyes safety shower,..).
• 對工作場所進行環境整潔 Do the housekeeping and responsible of the cleanliness of working place.
• 設備異常時，可初步異常處理並協助維修部門排除機械及設備故障 Do the 1st level of maintenance in accordance with the approved fix it yourself list, and assist maintenance staff to trouble shoot the equipment problems.
• 可達成符合各經驗年資所需能力，其中包含 Able to demonstrate capability based on working experience after onboard.
• 前六個月，了解基本生產流程、可獨立進行一般灌裝作業、可獨立操作一般鋰金屬前置作業 The first six months, know the fundamental production process, can work on general task independently including filling and Lithium preparation.
• 前三年，含前述，加上日常巡檢、所有製程獨立操作、異常處理及製程及過濾器清洗作業 The first 3 years, additionally including site inspection, independent production process operation, troubleshooting and process/ filter cleaning.
• 前八年，含前述，加上公用設備操作、領導歲修作業、製程疑難排解、緊急應變、新人訓練 The first 8 years, additionally including utility operation, turnaround task lead, emergency response, and training to juniors.
• 駕駛堆高機及操作天車等危險性設備需具有合格證照 Forklift and crane operation requires certificate.

• Required:
  
  chemical back-ground education , if applicable
• Preferred: 1-2 years work experience in chemical industry
• Capable to use AutoCAD to create and modify P& chemical plant, would be plus to attach the portfolio.
