DescriptionBeverly Knits is looking for a Frame Exit Operator responsible for monitoring, controlling, and completing fabric finishing processes at the exit end of the frame. This role ensures fabric width, GSM, moisture content, curing, and overall fabric quality meet production and customer standards.
The Frame Exit Operator is also responsible for ensuring all materials needed to properly fold or roll fabric including buggies, tubes, and related supplies that are available and ready for use. Additional responsibilities include ensuring fabric is folded or rolled neatly, collecting samples for testing, and inspecting fabric during production for repeating defects or quality concerns. Any quality issues must be reported promptly to the Supervisor.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- 18 Years of age with a valid NC authorized to work in the US with transportation to and from work.
- Ability to run and help maintain equipment.
- Physical abilities to stand, walk and kneel on concrete floors, climb ladders, move 50-pound rolls, and reach above head.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to lint, chemicals and heat in summer months.
- Minimum education requirements include being able to read and write in English to fill out tickets, read and understand instructions and explain problems. The job requires frequent communication with mechanics, lead and support personnel.
- Must comply with all safety, quality and production requirements and instructions.
- Ability to learn and analyze.
- Desire to contribute to the company's continuous improvement process
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills
- Must be computer literate and be able to perform simple functions such as data input.
- Ability to work during non-peak, off scheduled shift and overtime as needed.
- Ability to learn, analyze, LISTEN AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTION!!
