Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Stanly Operating Room

Albemarle, NC, United States (Atrium Health Stanly Hospital)

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 0700‑1530 with call requirements. The position is sign‑on bonus eligible.

Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour.

Overview:
The operating room provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care for both pediatric and adult populations across a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ENT, pediatric dental, obstetrics and gynecology, gastroenterology, special infusions, and pre‑admission screenings. The RN will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Previous operating room experience (strongly preferred).

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
