• Rotating shifts (floating required within the region, always within your RN scope)
• 2‑day comprehensive orientation

• Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department RN experience
• Active RN license plus BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI (TNCC is preferred)
• Proficiency with general ED procedures: cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical care drips, ventilator management, chest tubes, IV starts, TNK/TPA administration, conscious sedation, and ESI assessments
• Experience caring for pediatric and adult populations with acute conditions
• Comfortable working with Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Phillips monitors

• Deliver high‑quality emergency care across diverse diagnoses (cardiac, stroke, trauma, respiratory, and more)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (CNA, charge nurse, physicians, RT, and hospitalists)
• Float between multiple regional facilities as needed
• Respond to variable acuity ratios (1:4-5) to ensure patient safety and optimal care
